A wonderful family is homeless tonight. Emilio, Lola and Jenny's rental house burned to the ground in Mount Vernon today. They lost everything. Because they do not have rental insurance, they will need to replace all of their belongings.
Emilio is a Lutheran Pastor and gives his life for others. In addition to being a loving pastor, he is the founder of a non-profit organization that allows educational enrichment for kids that normally would not be able to access it.
Lola is a generous and kind soul. In her long time job at Mexico Cafe in West Mount Vernon she has become a friend to many. She loves to cook and make others happy.
Jenny is an 8th grader and is active in the community. She volunteers and helps others with a happy heart.
