Facility for UH gymnastics Team

The Coog Club Gymnastics Team would like to transform the University of Houston by adding a gymnastics facility to campus. We, as an organization, have gotten many complaints on how we are not available on campus and we want to be able to offer our services to ALL students (on and off campus). We would like to transform the old pool that is in Melcher in to a multipurpose gymnastics facility that would accomadate hundreds of students on campus! This space could be used for gymnastics classes given by the school for PE credit, cheer/dance groups on campus, workout/bootcamps for students and staff to stay fit, competitions for NAIGC and USAG members, gymnastics classes offered to inner city communities, and last but not least.....would be the home of the University of Houston Gymnastics Team!
