Annabelle Marie needs disc surgery

Annabelle Marie is a service dog. She provides awareness of the surroundings for a deaf man, while aso alerting people to signs of distress in an emergency. Somehow through the night, Annabelle ruptured a disc in her back causing pain and immobility to her hind legs. Her owner's only income is his SSD monthly. She is his child. The emergency surgery will be a bit over $5000 at least. Please help.
