Mr. Esparza's Medical Assistance

Alberto Esparza, Founder of the Si Se Puede Foundation, is in desperate need of surgery to correct his failing eyesight, due to diabetes. The money will be used to cover the copay, medication, new eyeglasses and needs associated with his surgery. He is a very humble and modest man and would rather sacrifice his eyesight than ask for assistance. Without this money, Alberto is at risk of losing his eyesight; something that he will not be able to recover. With everything that Mr. Esparza has done for the community, this is the perfect opportunity for the community to show our appreciation for him.
Mr. Esparza established the Si Se Puede Foundation in 1993, a 501(c)3. It is a prevention and advocacy organization that encourages its participants to be stakeholders in their community. The foundation primarily serves low-income, predominately minority, communities throughout the Cities of Chandler and Phoenix. The students who participate in its programs are children between the ages of 6 to 18, who attend Title 1 schools and reside in at-risk neighbourhoods within the Cities of Chandler and Phoenix. Mr. Esparza has offered a variety of programs to underrepresented you at NO COST. These opportunities include: folkloric dance, soccer, scholar and robotics programs. Without these free opportunities, these students would otherwise not be exposed to these rich experiences and exposure to a college path. 1446 have benefitted from these free programs, this year alone!!
If everyone who has come into contact with Mr. Esparza gave $10, we could easily reach our goal of $2000. We need to embrace Mr. Esparza. This is an urgent request. Please share this with your friends, family and colleagues.
