52 miles for BrAva

For those of you who have not heard Ava's story, she is the bravest, strongest, and happiest 7-year-old girl I know. She is also battling a rare brain cancer.
For the past 2.5 years Ava has been in and out of the hospital constantly, undergone numerous surgeries, and tried various treatment since her diagnosis. 
I had the pleasure of meeting Ava's father Mike 2 years ago at work and he became an incredibly close friend of mine. He and his family mean the world to me as they are such amazing and caring people. 
Michael recently lost his job and the family struggles to afford medical insurance to pay for Ava's care. Shortly after, a third tumor was discovered and Ava has grown incredibly weak. 
My name is Allie Leveille and I will be running the length of 2 marathons (52 miles) from May 31-June 1 not only to help raise money for Ava's medical expenses, but to show how much this sweet girl has inspired me. This family has experienced the worst, yet they deserve nothing but the best. Ava has touched the hearts and lives of so many by her ability to always smile even at her worst times.
