Marshall Bell's Medical Expenses

*I am Julie Bell Phipps, Marshall's aunt and Carl's sister. The money raised through GoFundMe will be used to help pay for Marshall's medical expenses.
*On January 8, 2016, my 26 year old nephew, Marshall Bell, was struck while on foot by a hit-and-run driver as he crossed a street in Fort Worth, TX. That person has not been apprehended yet!
*Marshall was in ICU on a ventilator for 7 weeks and eventually released from John Peter Smith Hospital after 3 months of tender care. Marshall is now a patient at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas. He has a C1 spinal cord injury and though he has some movement in each limb, he is a quadriplegic.
*Carl, his dad, has been by his side every day and plans for Marshall to live with him in his Arlington home when Marshall is released from rehab this summer. The funds raised will be used immediately as medical bills have begun to arrive and modifications will be underway soon to ready the house for Marshall's homecoming!
*This has been a long and frightening road. We give God all the glory for saving Marshall's life and trust that Jesus will direct the uncertain path ahead. It is my desire to assist in lightening a portion of the financial load by inviting you to be a part of the process.
