I need a little help

I need to have neck surgery in this Thursday June 2nd. As most if my friends and family already know. I'm in constant pain and can barely feel my left arm 98% of the time. I have to pay my deposits to my Dr and to the hospital which equal up to be almost 1200 and I have to have this paid to them by the 1st. I have no idea how I'm going to be able to do it alone so I am asking for a little help, please. Thank you and God Bless!
