CLAWS (Cats Leauge and Assistance of the Western Slope) is a non-profit cat only rescue funded solely by donation. We currently take care of over 300 cats on a daily basis. Annually, CLAWS rescues more than 800 cats. CLAWS is a guaranteed adoption program, meaning any cat entering our program is safe, not limited to time, age, medical condition, or color.
Your donation will be used for daily care and maintenance of the cats in our program and to purchase items nessecary such as food, litter, cleaning supplies, cat trees, vaccines, microchips, and medication. Our goal is to raise $100,000 by the end of the 2016 year. Without donations, we can't rescue the cats who desperately need our help. Recently, our donations have decreased due to the economy in our area, increasing the numbers of cats being left behind.
We have more than 275 cats and kittens in our program who are ready to find a loving and forever home. With your help, our program can continue to save the hundreds of cats who deserve a better life.
