Help Our Precious Baby Bode Jordan

Bode Lynn Jordan, the 3-month-old infant son of Benjamin (BJ) Jordan and Cameo Albrecht, has been diagnosed with IPEX, an extremely serious and rare genetic syndrome. He has been hospitalized since April 9th, first in Cedar City Hospital and then after a LifeFlight to Salt Lake City, in Primary Children’s Hospital. Bode is in need of a bone marrow transplant to save his life. This necessitates a move to Seattle, WA. for this young family, so he can undergo treatment at Seattle Children’s Hospital, supervised by the leading expert on IPEX. I humbly ask for your support to help raise money, so that these young parents can provide what is necessary for their son, Bode, to survive. Please help give this child a chance.
Bode’s treatment will be long, involved, and expensive. It will require BJ to find new employment and Cameo to quit school and leave her current job to relocate to Seattle, since they have been told even if his treatment is successful, they will have to be in Seattle for 1 to 2 years.
BJ and Cameo are willing to do whatever it takes to save their precious son, but it is not easy for either of them to accept help; they are both fiercely independent and proud, but they reluctantly gave in to my request to start an account to help them handle some of the enormous expenses they will have for Bode, so that their young family can remain intact.
In his short life, Bode has already touched the hearts of many, especially the doctors and nurses at Primary Children’s. He is adored by his grandparents and aunts and uncles. The many prayers and gestures of support over the last several weeks have meant the world to Bode’s family; please continue to keep Bode, Cameo, and BJ in your thoughts and prayers.
