Help w/terminally ill David's bills

We are the Holtz family. David is a terminally ill Vietnam Veteran who is in need of a liver transplant. I'm trying to get a business started so I can make an income to help with medical costs.
The business will be an online retail and craft store so I need supplies to build inventory.
Contributions can be paid back as business gets started profiting.

Right now this has all changed as David's health deteriorated to the point he is now in desperate need of a liver or he will die. We're in Portland, Oregon waiting for one, our kids are back home in Idaho so we're keeping up two households. At least the VA is paying for the hotel but everything else is up to us.
