Have you ever met someone and immediately felt like you knew them your whole life? That is how we feel about our beautiful friend FAITH KING. Her smile can light up a room.
Over the past year, FAITH was feeling poorly and visited the doctor often to try and get to the bottom of the problem. FAITH ended up spending 15 days in JOHNS HOPKINS before the diagnosis of HODGKINS LYMPHOMA WAS MADE. What a crushing blow! especially for someone who had been so full of energy, vibrant and enthusiastic about life, someone who was planning the wedding of their dreams. The fun filled wedding has now taken a back seat to her fight for recovery. Trips across the bridge for CHEMOTHERAPY, followed by days of NAUSEA AND FATIGUE are now her normal routine.
Through it all, FAITH'S mother and fiance are by her side, and HER SMILE IS UNWAVERING. Things we take for granted; our hair, the taste of food, energy to do everyday tasks are now A PAINFUL LUXURY FOR FAITH. The joys of looking for her first home has been replaced by the stress of medical bills.
