Funds to see terminal ill Mum

Its hard to ask for help, but I am rather despearet at the moment...
I am trying to raise funds for me and my 4 children to visit my terminally ill mom.                                                     
My mom was diagnosed mid-last year with inflammatory breast cancer. After battling it from June to February and undergoing chemo, amputation and radiation treatment, she was given the all-clear by doctors. Four weeks later, and things suddenly took a turn for the worst.
She began getting confused, falling over, losing balance and constant headaches, and then MRI scans, revealed that her cancer had spread to one of the least likely and most dangerous places for it to spread to, the brain.
She underwent life prolonging surgery, as without it she would have had only four weeks left to live, and doctors told us that she would have close to six months left.
I started this gofundme campaign to raise the funds for me and my four kids to fly over for at least one last visit, so that she has at least the comfort in us being there.
My mom lives in Germany and we live in Northern Ireland and the money raised will go towards passports, flights and other travel arrangements, accomidations and other costs arrising.
I haven't seen my mom in fifteen years, and my two youngest children haven't seen her, their grandmother, at all. Life always seems to get in the way, yet makes you feel like you have more time, and then suddenly time runs out and leaves you unprepared for the worst.
Would you please donate even asmall amount and share the gofundme campaign anywhere that you think it will fit, even if that is just one place so we may get a chance to reach our goal and can see her one last time?
