22 year old Babucarr Sayang has a history of heart disease, difficulty in breathing, respiratory distress, gross bilateral pedal edema grade 3. His situation is deteriorating by the day and therefore urgently needs treatment to save his life. Unfortunately as the treatment cannot be secured in The Gambia, Babucarr has been recommended overseas treatment.
