In early May, Xisto was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia.
Which means none of his blood cells are working or building. It is a rare disease in which the bone marrow and the hematopoietic stem cells that reside there are damaged. This causes a deficiency of all three blood cell types, that is his red and white blood cells and his platelets.

We are asking for you support in helping to offset the medical expenses needed for his treatment. His treatment will be long term as we begin the immunosuppressive therapy. His family was not a match for a bone marrow transplant.

Xisto is at home recooperating after the immunosuppressive therapy in hopes that his body will begin to heal. Positive energy and prayers are welcome as our little guy continues his journey. Thank you to friends and family for all your donations and support. He still has a long road ahead of him but he is smiles all the way.
