In the early morning of September 10, 2016, Shelby Police K9 Officer Tim Brackeen was shot multiple times in the chest in the line of duty after getting into a scuffle with a suspect. Tim passed away on September 12, 2016 succumbing to the injuries sustained. The funds raised will go to help Tim's wife and daughter during this sad emotional time.
