Donald Brooks served 14 years of a life sentence for conspiracy, until he became one of the 306 Obama has commuted during his presidency.

Donald Brooks was told he would die behind bars. He was sentenced to life without parole at 50 years old, based off of mere hear say. No evidence was necessary,. only other men that were looking to get time knocked off their own hard to beat conspiracy cases.  Even the judge said the punishment was too harsh but his hands were tied by mandatory minimum sentencing laws.

Donald Brooks ,now 63 will be reuniting with 9 surviving kids, 28 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.

Within the next week or so, Donald Brooks is  headed to Halfway house before being released. Please join me with your charitable donations to help make this  a smooth transition.
