On August 3,2016, a beautiful and perfect mommy and wife left this world to join other loved ones who went ahead of her. Kim left behind a beautiful daughter, Eva Grace, age 6 and a devoted husband, Matt. Kim was diagnosed with an ALS type disease about a year and half ago and her health slowly began to slip away. She was on oxygen full time and in a wheel chair. Kim was a fighter and she and Matt tried so hard to hold their family and household together. At last they decided they needed family help and decided to sell their home and move to Colorado with family. Matt gave up his job at the Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center and they packed up their belongings. Three days before they were to leave Indianapolis, Kim died unexpectedly. Matt is left as a single Dad and little Eva without her Mom.
