Tarah hasn't worked for our company very long, but in the time she has been here she has made a big difference. She's been willing to help anyone who needed it and really jumped in with both feet. Many Manchester regulars will recognize Tarah from other local restaurants, from Bertucci's to Strange Brew.
We at Murphy's Taproom have felt lucky to have Tarah join our team.
On Tuesday night as she walked home from work, Tarah was assaulted and robbed. Her phone and purse was taken, and she was hit over the head. As a result of that attack, she has had to spend five days in the hospital recovering from a concussion. She is unable to work right away and has no way to pay her bills, through no fault of her own.
The assailant was captured.
Murphy's Taproom will match up to $500 of what is raised through this effort. All money donated will go directly to Tarah so she doesn't need to worry about funds until she can work again. She can replace her phone and pay her rent.
