Frontier Ranch in Colorado

Hi Family and Friends! This year I was invited to join one of the most amazing groups ever called Young Life in Katy, TX for Morton Ranch High School. It honestly has been such a great experience in my life. Young Life is a non-denominational Christian ministry that reaches out to youth through adults, college kids and volunteers. Younglife staff and volunteers enter the world of kids, earning the privilege of talking to them about the Good News of Jesus Christ and His love for them. They reach out not only to the hurting, lonely and broken teenagers but also to the ones that think they have it all. I’ve always known who Jesus was and have had some sort of relationship with Him but it wasn't structured in my life. I always felt like there was more to it and between Young Life and my home church Community Grace Katy they have showed me that. Young Life is a place where I can go and be myself without being judged. It’s my escape and it’s where I have the weight lifted off my shoulders once a week. The friendships I've made are genuine and the relationships I have with them are through Jesus. Through this experience and many conversations with God, I am working hard to become a role model like those who have been before me. This summer Younglife is traveling by bus for 16 hours to Frontier Ranch in Colorado, where we will have the best week of our life. This will be my first time traveling with them but I need some help in raising $600, if I am able to raise more then what I need I will help with the cost of someone who might not have enough.
