* hot meals for about 80 women, children, and families per week
* brown bag lunches for school age-children in lower socioeconomic areas
* job skills and housing for about 40-50 individuals recovery from substance abuse
* health screenings (blood pressure, body hydration status, and body composition testing) for women
* health education and interactive health workshops for women and families to create a healthier lifestyle
