Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Presentation
Donation protected
For the past two years I have been researching a rare disease called tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). Individuals with TSC often have benign tumors and lesions throughout their body. Some of these tumors grow in the ventricles of the brain, which can lead to increased intracranial pressure, headaches, seizures, and even death. I am currently working on a project to better understand the growth of these brain tumors, which can help with early diagnosis. My project was chosen to be a short presentation at the 2019 American Society of Neuroradiology annual conference in May. Unfortunately I do not have funding to attend. I am currently looking for donations, so that I can educate professionals on my research. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
