Bandwagon Network Radio was created to provide an outlet for Independent Musicians & Artist in a traditional radio format not seen since corporate radio took over & changed how music was played both over the air & now on the internet
As an independent, family run & funded radio station, we need your help in raising the costs of operating our station & the fees associated with legally playing the music as outlined by the Copyright Royalties Board of the USA. We are asking you to donate to keep this cause alive in 2017 & in turn, give hope to the thousands of singers, songwriters & musicians we work hard to support.
The monies raised from this campaign will:
1. Help pay our yearly minimum $500 fee to Sound Exchange which allows us to legally continue to broadcast on the internet. UPDATE: Stage 1 goal completed on January 23, 2017 thanks to your generosity!
2. Help offset some of the costs for our internet, utility & Domain Registration (without a domain, there is no website to visit) - $500.
3. Help enhance the station's offering with the purchase of new equipment & software - new production computer; 2 battery backups for the computers; 1 microphone/headset - $600. UPDATE: Part of Stage 3 was realized on January 10th when we received a computer from one of our benefactors reducing the amount needed for this phase to $250!
