20 Year old Jainaba with heart disease needs you

Jainaba Ceesay is a 20 year old girl  diagnosed with a cyanotic congenital heart disease at birth. As a result, she suffers from recurrent episodes of syncope and intermittent episodes of shortness of breath. A recent medical examination and diagnosis revealed a double outlet right ventricle associated with a ventricular septic defect (VSD) and trivial tricuspid regurgitation. A medical report of her condition from MRC Unit The Gambia recommend a surgical intervention which is not currently available in The Gambia. It is estimated that the operation, after care and air ticket for two will cost between $12,000 to $15,000, which the family of Jainaba Ceesay cannot afford. The family is therefore seeking  treatment for Jainaba for her to live a normal life and to continue with her schooling.
