The Campaign To Heal Jordyn Reed

Our daughter Jordyn (15yrs) was just diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on 1/8/20 & it has also spread to her lungs. She had her biopsy on 1/10/20 & they are also placing her chemo port some time this week. She was a perfectly healthy child involved is various activities & loved to dance. Dancing was her ministry! So when she started having pain in her knee last summer, we thought that it was just growing pains. She went through 3 months of physical therapy with no relief. The pediatrician referred us to an orthopedic specialist which we couldn’t see until December 31st. Jordyn had her MRI & CT scan on 1/7/20 & we received the diagnosis on 1/8/20. She had a bone scan on 1/9/20 & a biopsy on 1/10/20. This is definitely going to be a long road ahead for all of us. We are asking for monetary assistance to help with the medical bills. We are already thousands of dollars out of pocket because insurance doesn’t pay everything. My wife has stopped working to be by our daughters side. I am temporarily not working until all plans are finalized for her care. This is something that I wish no parent has to go through, so we definitely need all the support and prayers we can get.
