Please help my dad with medical expenses

On November 8th, 2019 my dad & his good friend were involved in a head on collision accident by a drunk driver. California Highway Patrol are saying that the accident took place around 2:00 p.m., a 40-year-old driver made a u-turn on the highway and began driving the wrong direction & the persons van collided head-on with the Toyota Tacoma truck that my father was in. He had to get airlifted to the hospital where they found out that he suffered major injuries from the accident. They had to start in surgery right away to stop the bleeding in his abdomen because he bled out so much. He will be needing a few more surgeries after he heals from his first one. They had him under heavy sedation for almost a week and had a breathing tube that was breathing for him because he couldn’t breath on his own. His memory was not fully there, he said he doesn’t remember what happened and where he was at. The doctors said that my father has a long road to recovery and that he’ll be going to rehab for his physical therapy to help him walk again. My family and I are truly saddened by this, our father is our everything and to see him suffering breaks our hearts. Anything will help my dad out with his medical expenses.
