Hope For Cheryl

Hello, my grandmother has congested heart failure and emphysema. Her heart is super inlarged. Shes in very bad shape, and cannot work. She is going to lose her home, and her medical bills are piling up. She is very kind hearted, and spent her life in her carrer and a home health nurse, and outside of her carrer helping others. Please help her, anything will help. Thank you.
