For the Love of Lex & The Sotkovski Family!

What started out as a fun day of football games and pool parties, turned to tragedy on Saturday evening, September 14, 2019, when our sweet Lex drowned in a backyard pool. But, as God often does, He showed up in a mighty way and breathed new life into Lexington Kash! After his parents frantically performed CPR, they handed their youngest child over to paramedics, uncertain of what was ahead of them. It wasn’t until in the ambulance and after roughly 30 minutes without a heartbeat, that a pulse was found! What Satan tried to steal, kill and destroy, God has brought life, hope, joy, and glory to His name! Lex had a 1% chance of survival and an even lessor chance of surviving without any type of brain damage. But, Lex is alive and expected to make a 100% recovery! Lex and his parents have lived in the PICU at Dell Children’s Hospital for the last week focusing exclusively on his recovery! We all know that hospital stays, especially those in critical care units, can add up to be quite significant. We don’t want Curtis and Niki to have to worry about financial expenses and just focus on getting their spunky toddler back to his spirited self and loving on Lex’s big brothers, Jax and Max! Your love, support and prayers have meant the world to Curtis and Niki and our entire family! We can not begin to tell you how grateful we are to have such loving friends and family, all of you are a true blessing!
