My nephew Jeremy was an amazing young man, always smiling. He lived for his son Jaxson, his mini me. His family has been shattered by the loss of such a wonderful, kind soul taken from us far too early. I have started this go fund me page to help his parents and siblings offset the costs they are facing. Any funds remaining will be placed in an account for his son Jaxson.
