Help Me Please, My lil' Soulmate Is Hurting.

THERE WAS SO MUCH BLOOD COMING FROM HIS MOUTH. he's never had an injury or been sick before. This... this was a first. This is my lil' soulmate Willy. I really really, believe he is my little soulmate. I took him to the vet after I noticed his gum all red and a little swollen. Vet told me his tooth might have to come out and gave me a procedure estimate and the following week I got the antibiotics started on him and I thought at first it was working because his breath smelled better and his gum was less red. But then last night on the way to the store I noticed him bleeding from the mouth and I feel so bad I keep going back in my mind to see if I bumped him maybe while getting in, or did my arm hit him but I would've felt it. I always say sorry to him immediately if I bump him or anything. God I feel so bad because I was trying to be so careful of that area, and I had him in his sling and getting in the Blazer I could've bumped him into my arm just right. He means everything to me. He's the reason I wake up every morning. I made him slings out of scarves because I carry him around with me everywhere. I take VERY good care of him and drop whatever I am doing to play with him. I have an appointment with his Veterinarian tomorrow morning. After that I won't have any money even for food as I do not have an ebt card and cannot obtain one. I'm in-between jobs and in the process of getting my birth certificate so I can get my identification. When I got here my wallet and other things were stolen. And in it was all of my identification. I come from a different state and was born in another state from where I grew up, and it has been almost impossible. Do you like flowers? Peacocks?
