Brock & Cory Stricklin Family Survival Fund

As those who know my dear friend Cory Stricklin and his family, his son Brock Stricklin was diagnosed with a Astroblastoma brain tumor on 03/22/19 that required emergency surgery the following day on 03/23/19. By the grace of GOD, Brock pulled through the surgery, but it's been a rough road to recovery ever since. Brock, like the warrior he is, has met every challenge head on and is months ahead of the expected recovery pace for such a traumatic surgery. However, this experience has financially wiped out Cory, as he had to quit his job in order to be there for his son daily to help him through his daily rigorous physical therapy. For that matter, he and his family would have already been homeless if not for the initial $8,100 all of us family and friends donated to allow for him to be with Brock each step of the way of his recovery. That blessing paid off and the current plan is for Brock to start back to school in a few weeks with the rest of his classmates on schedule. Cory still needs our help to survive this experience. He has been forced to scale down and move into a smaller home closer to Academy HS, which will allow for as much support as possible for Brock from the community, but this home will not be possible without a one-month down payment and the first month's rent and some money for food and misc. expenses to hold the family over until Cory can receive his first paycheck at the very end of August as he will start back to work when Brock starts back to school.The minimum amount needed is $2,500.00. please consider helping Cory and his family get through the home stretch of this family tragedy!
