Family Needs Help

We are a small family right know of 4. We found out that we were pregnant at 4 weeks, we were so excited and didn’t tell our family until 10 weeks they all were so surprised. We had regular appointments like every parent expecting a new baby. It’s a lot of excitement, so exciting you can’t contain it. Your excited to see your unborn baby for the first time, you go to your 20 week scan, that when they check to see if everything’s okay and working. Which everything was. My pregnancy is great and healthy. Well my on Dr. wanted me to go get a growth ultrasound well because our little boy is a big guy. So we went to specialist and got our growth ultrasound. On that ultrasound they found something wrong with his kidney, which was hard but you know we took it in.. so we got scheduled for weekly ultrasounds, well the second ultrasound came, his kidneys were a lot more swollen, and low on amniotic fluid. So they wanted us to go up to OHSU to get an ultrasound. So came up to OHSU on 7/24/19 thinking that we would end up going back home, which in our case wasn’t, so our kids were left back home, we found out the our baby has to born up at OHSU when he’s born he will be in antiobitics, and kidney medication, we will undergo a small surgery including getting cirmisized. We found out our son has chronic kidney deases which can leave up to a 6 month stay in Portland at OHSU as we are from medford, we had to drop our home life’s and having to leave our jobs behind. Which if you know Travis and I we are very hard workers and do our best for our family. We just really need help with food and gas right know we’re trying to figure everything else out. We had to pick our kids up as well to come back up to Portland. We don’t ever ask for help, but as this is a big change and shock to our family. We really need as much help as we can get weather it’s 1 dollar, or 5. Or Evan just a share.. we are heartbroken and sad to find all this news out. I have daily appointments at OHSU to monitor the baby, weekly ultrasounds, and we will be getting induced on 8-13-19. Thank you for taking the time to read this and god bless.
