PH7 Massive Mental Walk - Team Gaz

Earlier this year I got the opportunity to become an Ambassador of the PH7 mental health charity. Having come across mental health problems in the past with people I was close to, it was a cause that truly resonated with me. The work the charity have done so far is unbelievable; and with further funds, even more people can be reached and helped throughout Lancashire. The Massive Mental Walk is an event to raise awareness of the 111 people that take their own lives daily as a result of mental health issues. 6 days, 6 walks between towns in the North West. I’m putting together a team to help me raise funds, as well as do some walking. My main leg will be the Liverpool to Southport 20 mile trek on August 18th; while I’ll also support the other 5 walks. All funds raised go towards providing free 4-week mental health courses for those who are in need. Please provide your support and share the links and page whenever you have the opportunity. Gaz
