THE CONLEY FAMILY MEDICAL FUND

Hello Family and Friends as some of you may know and some dont know...Michael was diagnosed last year with Cancer. He was doing well with treatments up until now , the treatments has weakend him a bit, and is having to use a wheel chair until he gets his strength back... So im setting up this fundraiser to raise enough money to get him a wheel chair ramp built at their home.. So the family can have easier access to getting him in and out of the house...Im hoping to raise enough money, to have this taken care of when he is discharged from the hospital....
