Romeo's Road To Recovery

To all my friends and family, Before I start I would like to thank each and every one of you that have been so kind to support me and my family in prayers for the recovery and wellbeing of my son Romeo Martinez JR. Also a WELCOME to new pople joining in our joirney.It has been a long and hard road for him thru this tragic incident, but he is alive and still fighting. It is because of you who have prayed and kept your faith high that he has been thru so much and still holds strong. Most people know what happened and in repeating it does no good now. For those of you that don’t know JR, I would like to say some words of him as far as what know my son to be: He is a quiet gentle giant. He always held people with the utmost respect. He would open doors for strangers and never said no to a favor. He loved his brothers, sister, cousins and any kids for that matter. He would rather push them on a swing than toss a football around. He didn’t like sports because you could injure/hurt somebody by doing so. He was an animal lover, by far a cat person from what I could tell. He kept to himself a lot, and music was his partner. He loved his music, any music. He kept pretty much to himself but would act a fool for a laugh if you needed one. He was and unselfish person, he’d go half on that last slice of pizza which for a 16yr old would be almost be impossible!  Speaking of food, he could live off chocolate milk, mac’n cheese and of course his Frosted Flakes for life. He is great and unique son just like his other 2 brothers and sister. I do not wish to ask this favor using a sad story or feeling sorry for him or us, but rather a happy story of a miracle in the making for a great loving human being. My son will survive and we will all have a part in making it happen. We have come to a part in our journey in which we need more than prayers. My son will soon be discharged and sent home. He is on a lot of equipment that a normal home is not set up for. We will need funds for home/medical accommodations. Any support and or share of this is much appreciated, and may God bless you all.
