$1,100 of $1,100 goal

Last night I went out to trap outdoor kitties for TNR (Trap Neuter Return) and I told a feeder I help to bring me any kitties that she can catch for TNR. I caught 8 and she brought me 1 for TNR and 1 sweet beautiful 3 month old kitten with her right front leg broken Faith is extremely sweet and deserve a chance to live in a loving environment that will care for her. I am in need of your help to get her the medical attention she needs. I have not yet brought her to the vet but based on my assessment it appears the leg will most likely have to be amputated I called my vet and she gave me an estimate based on Faith needing to have her leg amputated. The estimate includes her Spay, vaccines, Deworming, the amputation, pain meds and boarding until her stitches come out. Faith will need a foster to care for her or better yet a Loving Home. Please call Susan at 305-495-7654 if you would like to meet her. Please share Faith’s story and Please consider donating. No amount is too small ❤️ You can also Donate via PayPal through this email SJORQUERA@AOL.COM. Thank you

Took in Gisele to Dr Moore’s office at 7:30am this morning who is another foster that needed medical attention to get her stitches removed and I brought Faith along for the ride with hopes they might be able to squeeze her in for a consult. Dr Moore was able to look at the Xrays and long story short he stated that amputation may have to be done but before that we will try and see if any improvements happen in the next 4 weeks by keeping her confined in a dog crate and doing some exercises. He states the tissue damage is far worse than the bone break and it’s been like this for some time. It’s hard to tell if the nerve damage is there but in 4 weeks he can have a better idea on our next appointment. So I will be holding off on the amputation. Pray for Faith

I am heartbroken with the news from yesterday. My vet explained the following after the exam and X-rays...The break is just below the elbow joint. She has radial nerve paralysis, she can not feel the leg and in her opinion amputation of the leg would be the best option.

I called Dr. Moore’s office who is an ortho surgeon and they told me to send the X-rays for them to determine if we should do a consult. They close early on Fridays so they will not be seeing the X-rays until Monday. As soon as I know more I will let you all know. In the meantime Faith is being the sweet adorable kitty she is.

Have a Great Weekend Everyone ❤️

Hello everyone, first and foremost I want to let you all know how amazing you all are. Faith and I are completely speechless on everyone’s generosity to help her. I dropped her off at my vets office this morning so that my vet can take her time with her and get x-rays and examine her. I will be updating later on today with copies of the x-ray and hopefully we get some good news. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and again thank you so much so so very much for the donations to help our beautiful Faith.
