Breakdown to breakthrough

Currently and forevermore on an upward path to self realization and personal growth. My life journey continues to amaze and intrigue me, I am grateful and blessed to walk with others in similar paths. This is entirely out of my comfort zone and a huge risk in putting myself out on a platform with complete unfamiliarity. Recently I’ve learned that I struggle with asking for support when needed and when support is given I struggle with receiving, taking a stand for myself is what feels appropriate given the challenge.

I’m not sure at what point in my life I created the belief that I’m not capable. In this challenge I will break the belief and create an experience to believe that I am capable of anything I set my mind to.

The challenge I have been presented with is to book a flight to New York, book hotel and have overall expenses, the most challenging part of it all is I will be traveling alone.

In order for me to grow I must take risks and get out of my comfort zone I will prove to myself that I am capable.
