Help Me Have A Home

My name is Matt. I am 46 years old. In February I became homeless. I spent the majority of the cold months living in a treehouse at a friends. But, with the warmer weather, his grandchildren are ready to play once more. So, May 12 I found myself back in my car again. For three months I have been grabbing a shower once or twice a week at a friend’s and I can crash there once in a while. Facilities have been a challenge. I am living in my car and out of my trunk. All the while, I have been trying to maintain my life. I have not only been working my regular job, but picking up extra work wherever I can along the way. I haven’t been able to see my 2 daughters except in passing at this even or that. My finances are struggling but they keep me afloat. I have random pays still waiting to come to me but I don’t know when. My car is due for inspection at the end of the month and needs minimal work. I could get it done and stay in the car like this indefinitely. However, I was fortunate enough to come across this 1990 RV. I went and looked at it tonight. It is in very decent shape. It is just large enough for me and just small enough to continue farting around the valley doing what I can do. It would also allow me to bring a little more of my stuff with me before it is all lost. It would allow me to at least have my daughters for dinner. Maybe an overnight. It would allow me to live almost normal. The gentleman is asking $2500 cash. Plus there are title transfers, insurance considerations and it is due for inspection as well. As I said, I do have some money coming in. I do not know when but I do know it is not near that much. He has had several interested buyers and for now they are being kept at bay.
