Mr Ted

Ted’s Story Ted is our much loved 13 year old standard poodle. He is currently recovering from spinal surgery which involved him having two of his spinal discs removed. Ted is currently 4 weeks post surgery and has unfortunately suffered a few set backs since surgery such as infections and a bleed on his spine. These complications have resulted in prolonged recovery and the need for extra hospitalisation. Unfortunately Ted has used up all of his insurance and we have paid close to £10,000 of our own money to support him. Ted still has a long recovery to go and will need specialist equipment such as bespoke harnesses, anti-knuckling boots, physiotherapy & hydrotherapy to give him the best chance of recovery. Hopes & Dreams If we can get Ted the support and rehabilitation that he needs our dream would be to take Ted back to his favourite place in the whole wide world.....the beach!!! His favourite beaches include Perranporth, Harlech, Aberdovey and Newquay!
