Help Me Survive Rectal Cancer!

I am 34 years old and I have stage 3 rectal cancer. I completed 28 rounds of radiation last month and am scheduled to have surgery late this month. This is my 2nd time around with colorectal cancer. This time the mass is far enough down that they will likely need to remove the rectum entirely and attach a permanent ostomy bag. I am seeking help to keep a roof over my head and lights on long enough to recover from surgery and chemotherapy and return to work. I'm not great with words. I can only say that any help given will be put to good use and nobody will appreciate it more than I will.
