May is for Mental Health Awareness!

↝ I am aiming to raise money for the American foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Once suicide touches something, it acts almost insidiously, permeating all layers of life - and spreads.  Suicide rates across the world are rapidly rising, while the ages of those dying continues to drop... and we see this everyday in the news and in our own lives.

Please check out AFSP - your donation could help  try to help save lives & also provide support for those affected by suicide. I am someone who falls into both the former and latter categories, so I speak from firsthand experience when I say resources are limited, and anything helps!
