Amara's Senior Prom And Activities

Hello my name is Jackie Aguilar. And my daughter is Amara Aguilar. My children and I have had a rough past few months. I lost my Mom their Grandmother to cancer. I had been in and out the hospital with my pregnancy. And of all things my husband of 20 years and father to my children walked out on us. It has taken a toll on my children and I emotionally, spiritually and most of all financially as he was our sole provider. I currently am unable to work right now and what little I do have is going to pay my bills so we can keep living in our house. I want Amara's SENIOR YEAR to be remembered for all the fun and excitement that she truly deserves. With our current financial situation I won't be able to afford most of what she would need. We haven't gone Prom dress shopping or even bought her Prom ticket yet. Prom is coming May 3rd. Plus all the activities that come with being a Senior in high school. My family and friends all know that Amara is such a nice sweet kid. She's respectful to everyone she meets. She is hardworking and has sacrificed alot to be where she and who she is now. She spends her free time helping me with her brothers and sisters. She helps coach her sister's softball team. At school she volunteered to be part of the "Best Buddy" program. The program helps the Special Education teachers by partnering with their students. They all love her there too. She's been on her Varsity softball team all 4 years. And has been a softball captain for 3 years. Amara NEVER ceases to AMAZE me. She has been my bestfriend and rock through it all. She's shown me the strength and courage that I always knew was in her. I just hate that I can't help her financially right now. Thank You
