Traveling Brother in Distress

Over the past year, I've been in the hospital and unable to work due to congestive  heart failure and kidney problems. The bills have added up. And I am in distress. I am back at work now but still in a hole that I can not get out of on my own. I am about to lose my house and car. I just need a little boost to help me get back on my feet. I hate asking for help but have no other options.
