Miss Black Arkansas USA 2013

Hello Everyone!! My name is Tiara Jones and I am Miss Black Arkansas USA 2013. I am the 23 year old daughter of Rachel Williams and the late Fred E Conley. I am a 2007 graduate from Warren High School of Warren, AR and a 2012 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello School of Nursing where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I am a full time Registered Nurse as well as a full time mother of a wonderful 4 year old. I am asking for your help in funding my endeavour to now pursue the title of Miss Black USA 2013.
