Raleigh's First Haitian Restaurant

Donation protected
The tiny island nation of Haiti, home to some of the world's strongest, passionate and creative people, has a rich culture, remarkable past and delectable cuisine.

It will be hard to meet a person who has eaten our food who has not fallen in love with its flavor, spice, richness and variety.

So, we want to introduce our unique cuisine to Raleigh.

It has been in demand among the city's growing Haitian community and Caribbean community at-large for several years. The time is now.

Phase 1 of our fundraising campaign will be to roll out a Haitian cuisine dinner delivery service. Dubbed the "Haitian Kitchen," the idea behind this venture is to deliver to homes of subscribers a variety of prepared Haitian meals. Each meal will either be ready-to-eat, oven, stove-top or microwave ready.

Unlike big-wigs Blue Apron and Hello Fresh, we take the prepwork out of the equation and you simply enjoy a savory and satisfying meal.

Our goal is to open our doors the end of 2017.  Help us accomplish that.

Mesi (Thank you)
