This man means the world to me! He is a hero not only to me and our family; but also to the Cy-Fair community, because he always puts others first.

On Saturday, June 30, 2018, my husband, Marvin, was riding a motorcycle, while working a funeral procession in Tomball, Texas, when a driver struck him. The driver was issued a citation for failure to yield. Marvin was taken by life flight to the hospital. Marvin's injuries include broken pelvis bone,  right hand doesn't have full functionality (surgeries required),  left hand is injured (no surgery required), scrapes and bruises. While his injuries are extensive and non-life threatening, he will require multiple surgeries and rehabilitation.  

While receiving the upsetting news from his doctors concerning his condition, his concern was more for his visitors. He couldn’t stop apologizing for taking up their time to come visit him while in the hospital. He was more worried about those around him than of himself!

Marvin is truly an angel! He will have a long road to recovery which will include physical therapy to help regain his ability to walk. 

Many of you have reached out asking how you can help this Beautiful Soul, outside of your prayers. Many who know me, know I hate asking for help, so guess what, "I'm asking, for help!" I wouldn't ask, but with his current condition and his recovery time, that means I will be absent from work to help care for him and our children.

Marvin's road ahead will be long and also very expensive. Supporting him with whatever you can give to help relieve the financial burden, would be greatly appreciated. Even if it's $5.00, it will help tremendously, as there's no donation that's too small. Every single donation will be received with a grateful heart. All donations will help Marvin with financial assistance of his medical and rehabilitation bills.
