Kaden Hammonds Memorial

Please Help!! We are trying to raise money to help our family with final expenses for their 13 yr old son, Kaden Hammond. He was born 12/18/2003,He went to be with the Lord 2/26/17. He has always been an oustanding young man. He loved nature, always made us smile and delighted with the things he found interesting, instead of playing video games like most boys his age, he would rather be out in the garden taking care of his plants. He liked to try and cross plant species and raise any kind of plant he could get his hands on. He will always be remembered and cheerished by all that knew him.
