The 10k Dementia Run

Probably one of the shortest but certainly one of the strongest, funniest, free-spirited, loving and
caring woman I know (Nanny J), has sadly been struck down with the terrible disease known as
Dementia. For those of you that have a loved one in your life who is suffering or has suffered, will
know the sadness that this causes within a family.  

Myself, my girlfriend Yas and her brother Leon are running the 'Virgin British 10K' with over 
20,000 others on Sunday 15th July, to raise a little money for Bromley Dementia Support Hub. 
Any donations would be massively appreciated and will go towards the funding of this amazing
charity, helping out nurses and carers. Also giving support and counselling to family's who are
effected in the Bromley area.
