10,000 feet for our winters

We are out of time folks. We need to change our habits and our carbon intensive way of life--but only our government can provide meaningful solutions. But guess what? We are the government. That's why POW (Protect Our Winters) has vowed to support Climate Activism and I am joining their efforts by asking you to donate to this campaign here. Please donate to raise funds for youth education, advocacy and community based activism.
On February 2, 2018 I will participate in the Loup Loup Randonee Ski Race. The race consists of up to 8 laps(one lap consists of one trip up, yes up, the mountain and down) of roughly 1300 vertical feet of climbing or 10,000 feet total. I intend to climb all 10,000 feet. But I want you to help me make each of those feet even more meaningful. I'd like to raise $10,000, one dollar per foot, for POW.org. I'd like every one of those feet to count toward increasing awareness, education and activism to address the consequences of a warming and changing climate.
Please help me crush this race and contribute to this great organization.
