David's kidney donation to Amanda

Donation protected
Amanda is a military wife, mom of a five-year-old daughter, and a teacher.
Amanda was diagnosed this past year with a genetic condition that caused kidney failure.  Her husband is currently deployed and she has been undergoing dialysis, but that option is not long term.
6 years ago David and Amanda's husband Michael we're both stationed at Fort Bragg while serving in the army. The families attended the same church, and became friends, they became first time parents within months of each other. Both families moved to New Duty stations states away from each other, they have not seen each other in person for several years.
David became aware of Amanda's situation  and was convicted to get tested to be a donor. He felt strongly that the Lord wanted him to do this, and that if it was his wife in the same situation he would want someone to do the same thing for her.
He is a perfect match and will be able to make the donation on Sept 7, exactly 1 year after Amanda got sick.
Proceeds will help with travel expenses  as David and his family will need to travel from WA state to Kansas for the surgery, and Amanda's family will need to travel from Alabama. They will all need food and lodging near the hospital for 2 weeks before being cleared to travel home.

Please be in prayer for the whole process.
