Help for my sick dog please!

My dog Vick got sick. He has hemangiopericytoma schwannoma. Multiple tumors (more then 10) and whole right back leg swollen. He does not have pain jet, but already has discomfort and it bothers him when walks, sits and  just lies.  These tumors must be removed surgically. We have no time to wait as tumors keep growing deeper. To long to wait may cause or his death, or as minimum - amputation of his leg. I don't  know jet how much it will cost us, but it is not affordable for us at all.  To finf out total cost of surgery nad recovery we need to meet doctor, but this appointment is not free also, and all we could pay already payed off in our local vet-clinic for visit and hystological tests. So only the way - forget about business, about interests, about gemmology and sell everything to gain founds for my Vick. He is more important then anything... My husbend is independent gemologist, mostly doing researched and photomictography. He is ready to sell his microscope, camera and tools urgently and lose his work, but save our dog.

We expected yesterday get his grooming and on way home pass butcher store for big bone - yesterday was 7-th Birthday... But we could not do anything, no money for grooming, and Vick is not happy when his leg is touched.

Now I'm confused, I do not know what to do, how do I save my dog. Help me please who can help..
